Pastor Shan Kikon is the Senior Pastor of Faith Harvest Church, Kohima, Nagaland, India. Since entering ministry in 1998, he has faithfully served the Body of Christ for 28 years. With a deep passion for the Word of God, church planting, leadership development, and missions, his Spirit-led ministry has impacted countless lives across India and beyond.
Pastor Shan Kikon also carries a strong apostolic gifting and ministers under the leading and power of the Holy Spirit. His ministry is marked by a passion for revival, church planting, discipleship, and raising believers to walk in their God-given purpose. His heart is to see lives transformed, leaders equipped, churches strengthened, and nations touched by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through conferences, teaching, and pastoral ministry, he continues to inspire believers to pursue God wholeheartedly and live a life fully surrendered to His calling.
He also serves as the President of Asia Harvest Alliance — an international fellowship of independent churches and ministries spanning six nations, committed to strengthening leaders and advancing the Kingdom of God across Asia and beyond.
